Tipahyah Terms of Service — Legal Information for Customers

These Tipahyah terms of service govern all purchases made through our online store at tipahyahstore.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Tipahyah is an e-commerce store selling artisan gifts — including coffee mugs, canvas art, blankets, tote bags, hoodies, and home décor items — to customers across Europe and internationally. All products are designed by Tipahyah and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner Printify, who produces and ships orders from various locations worldwide.

Governing Law These terms comply fully with EU consumer protection regulations, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive. EU customers retain all statutory rights granted by their national consumer protection legislation, which these terms do not seek to limit.

For EU customers, any dispute may also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Pricing and Payment All prices on tipahyahstore.store are displayed in Euros (EUR). Prices are correct at the time of display and may change without notice. Orders are charged at the price shown at checkout.

We accept all major payment methods including credit card, debit card, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Returns and Refunds All Tipahyah products are made to order. All sales are final except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

Order Cancellation Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production will have begun and cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, email hello@tipahyahstore.store immediately with your order number.

Delivery All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the Printify fulfilment location and your delivery address. If delivery is not completed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund under EU law.

Intellectual Property All content on tipahyahstore.store — including product designs, photographs, text, logos, and the Tipahyah brand identity — is owned by Tipahyah and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is prohibited.
