Tipahyah Shipping Policy

The Tipahyah shipping policy covers everything you need to know about how your order gets from us to you — processing times, delivery windows, tracking, and customs information for international orders.

Tipahyah Shipping Policy — Processing Times All orders are processed and produced within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that Tipahyah products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Printify. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Tipahyah Shipping Policy — Delivery Times The following are estimated delivery windows after your order has been produced and dispatched:

EU — 5–10 business days International (outside EU) — 7–14 business days

These are estimates. Occasional delays due to customs or carrier issues can occur. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.

Tipahyah Shipping Policy — Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. All shipping costs are displayed clearly before you confirm payment.

Tipahyah Shipping Policy — Order Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to activate on the carrier's system.

If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, contact us at hello@tipahyahstore.store and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Tipahyah Shipping Policy — Customs and Duties Tipahyah products are fulfilled and shipped from multiple countries by our print-on-demand partner Printify. Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the order total and are not controlled by Tipahyah.

Tipahyah Shipping Policy — PO Boxes We can ship to PO boxes for most items. Large canvas prints and blankets may require a physical address. If you have a PO box address, contact us before ordering to confirm we can deliver to your location.
