Tipahyah Returns and Exchanges — 30-Day Policy for EU Customers
Tipahyah Returns Policy — Print-on-Demand All Tipahyah products are made to order by our print-on-demand partner Printify. Because every item is produced specifically for you at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size ordered.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply contact us at hello@tipahyahstore.store within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
— Your order number — A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
We will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
Wrong Item Received If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@tipahyahstore.store within 14 days and we will send the correct item at no cost to you.
EU Consumer Rights EU customers retain all statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If your item is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellations Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, we are only able to cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
